Just completed a new logo and website design for a diamond drilling and construction company. Based in Leek, Staffordshire the site is a simple three page content managed website to advertise what services they provide.
There are a massive amount of website designers out there, ranging from the brilliant but expensive to the terrible but cheap. This makes choosing a design company both daunting and confusing, one bit of advice we can give is to be careful who you hire as a poorly designed website will cost you money, more than likely drive away potential customers, and hurt your reputation. read more

I know that logo design, if done correctly can be a time consuming and expensive project but whoever was responsible for producing the logo for the NHS at 60 must have been on a different planet.
Take a look at the above two logos, the one on the left is the original, well known logo for our NHS service, the one on the right was commissioned by the Department of Health to raise awareness and celebrate the 60th anniversary of the NHS. I’ve recently started submitting Above Creative to various CSS gallery sites and it has already started appearing in quite a few galleries, it has even received an Award tag on cssnature.org which is great.

As web servers run 24/7 keeping the net going they obviously use a huge amount of electricity which in turn greatly contributes to the amount of Co2 that is pumped into our atmosphere. read more
